All of our maintenance contracts cover unlimited callouts, highly trained engineers and next day response time.
Bronze – Unlimited Callouts and Labour service, next day response time
Silver – Unlimited Callouts, Labour service and Parts , next day response time
Gold – Unlimited Callouts, Labour service , Parts and Consumables (excluding toners), 8 hr response time
If the machine can not be fixed on site, this will be collected and repaired in our workshop. A loan printer will be available, dependent on contract type.
